The Department of Environment and Local Government in the Province of New Brunswick approves the issuing of blanket Watercourse Alteration permits for persons involved in forestry operations on private land, who have taken a certified training program and successfully passed a licensing examination. The Maritime College of Forest Technology’s Department of Continuing Education is the sole provider of Certified Training.
